- Fill in the form with your details and click "create email signature". Your email signature will display.
- Copy the email signature by:
- Clicking into your web browser where you can see the email signature.
- Press CTRL + A (to select all of the email signature)
- Then press CTL + C (to copy the selected email signature)
- Login to Outlook Web App at http://outlook.com
- Click on 'Settings' in the top right corner
- Click on 'View all Outlook settings'
- Click on 'Compose and reply'
- Click into the text area and paste your email signature by pressing CTRL + V
- Click the tick box "Automatically include my signature on messages I send"
- Click "Save" in the bottom right
- Now when you send new emails your signature will appear at the bottom
Outlook 2010
- Fill in the form with your details and click "create email signature". Your email signature will display.
- Copy the email signature by:
- Clicking into your web browser where you can see the email signature.
- Press CTRL + A (to select all of the email signature)
- Then press CTL + C (to copy the selected email signature)
- In Outlook 2010 click File
- Click Mail
- Click "Signatures ..." button
- Click "New" button
- Enter a name for your signature eg. SES Email Signature
- Click OK
- Click into the editable text area under "Edit signature" and paste your email signature by pressing CTRL + V
- In the dropdown next to "New mesasges" select the name of your new signature
- Click OK
- Now when you create a new email your signature will be attached at the bottom
